Those are excellent mushrooms! Now there is a cooking show angle I would LOVE. An eco friendly sort of diy deal. I am going to check out the worms too. I have started some compost heaps and read that 40% of my trash would be good to go in compost. I need to build a bin though. Got the spot and the wood. Now I am looking up plans. Gotta see if the worms would go well in that one or if they would be better in the yard compost heaps further out. No birch beer recipe sorry. Those are excellent mushrooms!
